Impact Report – allplants
Soil. That’s what my beloved colleague and ardent environmentalist, Ellie chose in place of planting trees for our referral program.
At allplants we do what’s right, not what’s sexy. It’s easier to greenwash, but much more satisfying in the long run not to. When I got over my disbelief, I read, edited, and put into human words our first impact report, and was slowly radicalised to a soil state of mind.

We needed to break the content down for people like me, who think they’re eco until they meet a person like Ellie.
This report is the meeting of minds between my brand-driven creative world, and Ellie’s soil-loving-B-Corp-outstanding-beyond-Net-Zero one.
It’s far denser than the ones most brands put out, and about 50% shorter than it was when I first got sent the content, it works for us.

GBRMPA Corporate Highlights Report
For this design concept for the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority, I took inspiration from macro photographs of coral for the illustrative element and chose a high contrast colour palette from the brand guidelines to keep the report looking fresh and readable.
Herman Miller Report
With page count at a minimum in this concept, I kept the graphic devices and illustration style unobtrusive, a single line threading throughout the report, reflective of the simple classic lines in the Herman Miller design system.
